ADVANCED GRINDING & BREWING

Course dedicated to the deepening of the skills related to the various methods of grinding and extraction. The trainer based on the coffee extracting method used will be able to perform the correct procedure to obtain the right grinding, with the correct parameters for perfect extraction. Valid as a preparation for the Advanced Grain Certification and Brewing Certification of the Coffee Diploma System. 

Theoretical, collective practice with compulsory attendance.
