He has been the technical and sensory judge of the Italian Barista Championships for several years, experience through which he has been able to increase his passion for competitions, becoming technical co-ordinator of national finals.
This competition-related growth path motivated him to support bartenders in the various disciplines and over the years has been Coach of several industry professionals who have achieved optimum results both at national and world championships.
