Andrea Lattuada is the holder and trainer of the 9bar internationally renowned for its high reputation and its know-how in many years of experience between bars and coffee shops in Europe, Asia and America.
His career, started as a bartender and animator, continued in the 90's as a bartender and bar manager in prestigious locals around the world.
His professional experiences enabled him to learn different concepts of restaurants and bars and, supported by his degree in Architecture, gave him the opportunity to have a 360 ° view of the cafés and cafés. The passion for this industry and continuous research has motivated him to design new concept stores in a strategic and functional way, incorporating within them, including innovative and cutting-edge equipment.
In 2005 he founded the 9bar, a bartender and bartender professional training center, able to provide all-round assistance to professionals in the industry.
Starting in 2013, Little Bean craftsmanship is complemented by the supply of 9bar. Andrea decides to enhance the promotion and research of the culture and the quality of coffee, up to that time spread through professional training courses and the development, design and design of bar & coffee shop, also offering a specialty coffee line Gourmet blends, capable of combining the quality of tradition with the avant-garde of innovation.
The acquired culture over the years, knowledge and knowledge of raw materials, coupled with advanced technology, have allowed the creation of a high quality product line, guaranteeing the exaltation of raw material in the processed product.
In 2003 he was the Italian Barista Caffetteria Champion and he qualified for the 9th place at the World Barista Championship (WBC) in Boston.
AST Authorized Trainer recognized by the SCAE (Specialty Coffee Association of Europe) since 2006, also obtained the Coffee Diploma in 2014. He was certified judge of the WBC World Barista Championship from 2006 to 2009.
From 2009 to 2014 she has been passionate about the role of Co-ordinator Scae for Italy, experience through which she diffused beyond the culture and the quality of coffee, also a great deal of attention and passion for the Italian Barista Championships.
His role as Technical Co-ordinator of the Italian Finals, in fact, has given great emphasis to the competitions that in a few years have captured the attention of many operators in the sector and companies.
This competition-related growth path motivated him to support bartenders in the various disciplines and over the years he was Coach of several Italian Champions of Barista, Latte Art and Coffee in GoodSpirits, obtaining excellent results both at national and world championships.
